Medical Debt Policy

1. Keller Lake Senior Services will notify patients/responsible parties in writing about the medical debt owed and collecting medical debt
2. Keller Lake Senior Services may refer medical debt to a collection agency or law firm for collection; and
3. Keller Lake Senior Services may identify medical debt as uncollectible or satisfied ending Keller Lake Senior Services’ collection activities, and refer collection activities to the collection agency or law firm in attempts to recoup medical debt
